Open the StreamPulse app

Tap your Profile icon (bottom navigation)

Tap the ⚙️ Settings button

Scroll down and tap 🗑️ Delete Account

Confirm deletion when prompted

If you're unable to access your account, email us at:

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Deleted: Your profile (username, email), points and badges, watch history, favorites, stream tags, Shout-Outs and your sign-in record
Subscriptions: A Premium subscription bought on our website is cancelled when you delete your account. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings, because we cannot cancel it for you.
Retained: Anonymized analytics data (contains no personal information), votes and reports on Shout-Outs (not linked to your account), and limited payment records where the law requires us to keep them

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
